  • Input deadline dates in the DTR task list and sends automated reminders 24 hours before the due date
  • Send weekly task status updates to all parties
  • Coordinate/schedule inspections, appraisals, settlement dates, etc.
  • Follow up with title, lender, conveyancing, attorney, and co-op agent on outstanding items and keep you informed
  • For buyers, coordinate with the title company to receive the ALTA statement prior to settlement and prepare instructions to the Owner Agent if there are changes to sales price, commission, etc
